There are moments in history when an idea is no longer just an idea.
When a vision has waited long enough.
When the ground is ready.
When Heaven leans forward and whispers, “Now.”

This is one of those moments.

What I am about to share is not a concept, nor a dream tucked away in a journal. It is an objective. A calling. A blueprint for action.
And I believe it marks the first real steps toward the realization of a NuVo World — Heaven on Earth.

The Vision: 10,000 NuVoWay LifeStyle Centres

The goal is bold, yet beautifully simple:

To develop more than 10,000 NuVoWay LifeStyle Centres — in every city, in every country, across the world.

Each Centre will be anchored by racquetball courts as its central hub — not by accident, but by design.

Racquetball is fast, accessible, relationship-driven, and transformational. It builds health, resilience, discipline, and joy. It brings people together across age, culture, language, and belief. It teaches us how to compete without hatred, how to sweat without ego, and how to win without losing one another.

In the NuVo World, racquetball is not merely a sport.
It is a meeting place.
A training ground.
A heartbeat.

From these courts will flow conversation, community, mentorship, faith, enterprise, wellness, creativity, and purpose.

The Role of NuVoWay LifeStyle Coaches: Ambassadors of a New World

At the centre of this global movement are NuVoWay LifeStyle Coaches.

These men and women are not simply instructors or trainers. They are ambassadors — living expressions of what the NuVo World represents.

Their mission is twofold:

  1. To champion racquetball and the NuVoWay LifeStyle, inspiring participation, health, and human connection within their city.

  2. To lay the groundwork for a NuVoWay LifeStyle Centre, while simultaneously nurturing all other constituents of a fully realized NuVo World.

Where a NuVoWay LifeStyle Coach goes, the culture begins to shift.

They are there to:

  • Build relationships

  • Identify local leaders

  • Inspire faith and hope

  • Encourage wellness of body, mind, and spirit

  • Plant the seeds for enterprise, education, and community development

  • Prepare the soil for what will become a permanent LifeStyle Centre

They are pathfinders, sent ahead to prepare the way.

More Than Buildings — A Living Ecosystem

A NuVoWay LifeStyle Centre is not just a facility.
It is a living ecosystem.

Yes, it includes racquetball courts — vibrant, alive, echoing with laughter and competition.

But it also becomes a place where:

A Return to the Cavendish Mall of Old

This past Sunday - my love - Christy-Anne Strike and I had occasion to go to Quartier Cavendish .  My recent trips to the mall had been mostly in the daytime when there was not much activity.  On this Sunday - the mall was alive!  The entire food court - which is not the size it used to be - was full of families enjoying meals!  The walkways were filled with people and there was a distinct buzz in the air!  There was a little petting zoo in the middle court - with youngsters clamoring to pet and feed the animals - and a little train circulated the mall - filled with children and their parents. We were there to see Wicked - and the sole detraction from the entire experience was that there was a group of 4 younger children - unsupervised - who likely didn't even have tickets for the show and made incessant noise throughout the show - despite our request for them to either keep quiet or move (the theatre was near-empty). We returned to the mall this afternoon and...

An Event Not of be Missed

For over a year now I had been advised of a great community Christmas Dinner hosted by the wonderful people who operate the NDG Community Council.  It took place today - Christmas Day - at Concordia University's Loyola Campus - in the Buzz Cafeteria from 1-7pm. Myself and my friends - a group of 5 of us - showed up at about 2:45pm.  There was a small lineup of no more than 20 people waiting for tables in the large hall.  Inside of 10 minutes the lady at the reception called out 'group of 5' - and proceeded to show us to our table. Within a matter of minutes - a really nice man, Stash, came by - asking us what we would like to drink and giving us the choice of coffee, tea, water or apple juice (fresh).  At that point he also asked us if we were ready to eat - to which we all said yes!  Almost immediately he returned with our beverages and right behind him were two other volunteers carrying the 5 heaping plates of food.
