When God Was Enough
Not long ago—
less than two years by the world’s clock—
my life was reduced to essentials.
No crowds.
No chorus of familiar voices.
No certainty beyond breath and prayer.
It was just me
and God.
Not God as an idea,
or comfort,
or background belief—
but God as accomplice,
as companion,
as the One who stayed
when everyone else was silent.
He walked with me through unanswered days.
He kept watch when nights grew heavy.
When I had nothing to lean on,
He became the ground beneath my feet.
I did not fall apart—
I was rebuilt in secret.
And then, almost imperceptibly,
He began returning my life to me.
Family came back,
not cautiously,
but fully—
healed conversations, restored trust,
tables filled again with laughter and grace.
Friends returned,
not as memories,
but as present joy—
faces I now see often,
voices that know my name
and speak it kindly.
And then—
the miracle I never tried to manufacture.
Christy.
My eternal soulmate.
My answered prayer.
My covenant gift.
She did not arrive to fix me—
she arrived to walk with me.
And together, before God,
we said yes.
Now we are married,
anchored in love,
overflowing with happiness—
not the fragile kind,
but the kind that comes from alignment,
from knowing this union was authored in Heaven.
And still, the blessing kept expanding.
New friends gathered—
true companions,
builders, believers, co-laborers—
people who carry light and purpose,
and move forward with courage.
Together, Christy and I now press on
with sacred resolve:
Through thebedin.ca,
creating places of dignity, rest, and compassion—
where love becomes shelter
and care becomes real.
Through ndgproject.com,
awakening creativity, truth, and belonging—
where stories matter
and no one is forgotten.
These are not ambitions.
They are offerings.
They are my way—our way—
of bringing Heaven to Earth.
This is what I know now:
What the world calls loss,
God calls preparation.
What felt like isolation
was actually intimacy.
When God was all I had,
I discovered
He was more than enough.
And because of Him,
I stand today restored, surrounded, and sent—
a living testimony
that resurrection is not a metaphor.
It is a life.
I am looking forward to a wonderful 2026 and beyond - for the world!
All my love,
