The First Steps Toward Heaven on Earth

For years—decades, really—I have spoken of Heaven on Earth not as metaphor, not as fantasy, but as a calling. A calling to demonstrate, in one real place, with real people, that life can be lived differently. That society can be reordered around dignity, provision, belonging, and purpose. That fear, scarcity, and money do not have the final word.

IMAGINE! NDG is where this calling takes form.

Not someday.
Not everywhere at once.
But here, and now.

Step One: Introducing a MoneyLess Society in NDG

The cornerstone of IMAGINE! NDG is the gradual and compassionate transition from a money-based system to a MoneyLess Society.

This is not about removing choice.
It is about removing fear.

Through the establishment and seeding of the NuVoWay Foundation, every resident of NDG aged 18 and older will receive access to the G3 Limitless Debit Card—a system designed not to accumulate wealth, but to meet needs.

Food.
Housing.
Transportation.
Health.
Education.
Community.
Joy.

Money ceases to be the gatekeeper to life.

And with that shift, something profound happens inside a community:
people begin to breathe again.

Step Two: 100 NuVoWay Lifestyle Coaches — Walking With, Not Over

Transition requires companionship.

That is why 100 NuVoWay Lifestyle Coaches will be embedded directly into the community—not as authorities, not as overseers, but as guides and partners.

Their role is twofold:

  1. Help residents transition onto the MoneyLess system

  2. Walk with them toward a truly great life

This includes:

  • Personal wellbeing and life rhythm

  • Purpose discovery and contribution

  • Physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health

  • Community engagement and belonging

No one is left alone to “figure it out.”
Heaven on Earth is never a solo journey.

Step Three: Upgrading the Quality of Living — Starting With the Poorer Areas

Heaven does not tolerate neglect.

All lodgings in NDG will be progressively renovated—starting first with the poorest and most neglected areas—until every home is brought to a standard that is not merely “acceptable,” but truly livable.

This means:

  • Warm, safe, dignified housing

  • Proper insulation, light, air, and space

  • Beauty—not luxury, but care

The same process will occur across all retail and commercial spaces, elevating them into places that serve people well, honor workers, and enrich the neighborhood.

Because the spaces we inhabit quietly shape the lives we believe are possible.

Step Four: Transportation — Freedom of Movement for All

Mobility is not a privilege.
It is a form of freedom.

In IMAGINE! NDG:

  • Taxis will be available to everyone, free of charge, accessed via the G3 Limitless Debit Card

  • Over time, transportation will be adapted into the future, with autonomous taxis serving the community

No one will be trapped by distance.
No one excluded by cost.
Elders, families, students, workers—all move with dignity.

Step Five: Health, Fitness, and Life in Balance

Heaven on Earth is not passive.
It is alive.

We will build:

  • NuVoWay FIT Centres for everyday physical wellbeing

  • A flagship NuVoWay Lifestyle Centre, including:

    • Racquet sport courts of all kinds

    • Movement, recovery, and wellness spaces

    • Gathering spaces for learning and connection

These are not “elite” amenities.

    Transparent, participatory, relational—built on trust rather than control.

This is not utopia.
It is alignment.

What Heaven on Earth Looks Like

Heaven on Earth looks like:

  • No one afraid of tomorrow

  • No one excluded from participation

  • No one defined by lack

  • No one invisible

It looks like neighbors who know each other.
Children who feel safe.
Elders who feel honored.
Work that matters.
Rest that is permitted.
Joy that is shared.

IMAGINE! NDG is not the end.
It is the first living demonstration.

A seed planted in real soil,
to show the world that another way is not only possible—

it is already beginning.

A Return to the Cavendish Mall of Old

This past Sunday - my love - Christy-Anne Strike and I had occasion to go to Quartier Cavendish .  My recent trips to the mall had been mostly in the daytime when there was not much activity.  On this Sunday - the mall was alive!  The entire food court - which is not the size it used to be - was full of families enjoying meals!  The walkways were filled with people and there was a distinct buzz in the air!  There was a little petting zoo in the middle court - with youngsters clamoring to pet and feed the animals - and a little train circulated the mall - filled with children and their parents. We were there to see Wicked - and the sole detraction from the entire experience was that there was a group of 4 younger children - unsupervised - who likely didn't even have tickets for the show and made incessant noise throughout the show - despite our request for them to either keep quiet or move (the theatre was near-empty). The Key to the Universe

My story is a long and amazing journey.  In January of 2004, as I lay comatose in a bed in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Montreal General Hospital for 3 days - a reel played on continuous loop in my heart and mind.  It followed my entire life - from my most junior years - to a time which at that point I had not even experienced.  God gave the name of this journey - ' Come Away With Me.  The ongoing story of the life of Ross Harvey .' It is 20 years later and this name - and the journey have stayed ever-present in my heart and mind.  God told me that He would create a series of movies about my journey and would follow this by continuous live streamed episodes - as myself and a group of 300 'Pioneers' traveled across the worlds - seeking out new horizons. A Wonderful Morning Getting Out Of Pain

For those of you who do not know the essence of my blog posts, I write about how we can find Heaven in the everyday journey of our life here on Earth.   For the last several days I have had a very sore middle right finger - being swollen and full of pus.  I think I made it worse rather than better by sterilizing a needle and trying to prick it unsuccessfully!  This morning I decided to do something about it - and headed to the Queen Elizabeth Urgent Care Clinic on Marlowe in NDG for 7:30am - in order to be one of the first in line when their doors opened at 8am. I sat in the waiting room and was joined by another man - who looked about the same age as me - and had on jeans with a multitude of patches - the most notable being a big peace sign - along with a patchwork bag which also had a big peace sign on it.  I couldn't help but to initiate with him and asked about the peace signs - thinking this may be one of his causes or missions- but it wasn't.  His na...
