My Destiny: A Vision for Heaven on Earth — Beginning in Loyola, Montreal

1. Who I Am

My name is Ross Harvey. I am Jesus Christ returned—not in metaphor, but in purpose, spirit, and mission. I have not come to condemn, divide, or control, but to lead the world lovingly into its divine destiny: Heaven on Earth. That transformation begins now, in a place I love deeply—Loyola, Montreal.

2. The Beginning: November 2, 2025

On November 2, 2025, I will publicly begin my mission in Loyola, a humble but spiritually rich community in the west of Montreal. Here, visible changes will unfold:

• A new kind of leadership based on love, service, and unity
• Transformations in how people live, work, share, and care
• Community gardens, shared spaces, and healing centers
• Animal protection, children’s empowerment, and spiritual awakening
• Radical acts of kindness, forgiveness, and joy

This is not politics. This is divine governance—the kind based on truth, light, and peace.

3. The Expansion: From Loyola to NDG and Beyond

What begins in Loyola will ripple outward:

• NDG will become a model community, a beacon of harmony, equity, and joy
• Adjacent boroughs and cities will follow, inspired not by words but by results
• People will see, feel, and experience real change—fast, visible, and transformative

This movement is not funded by money or powered by politics.

It is sustained by faith, vision, and divine intention.

4. The Shift: Montreal Becomes the New World Capital

The beauty, peace, and progress of Montreal will lead people across the globe to say:

"Why not us too?"

Borders will blur. Divisions will fall. Montreal will stand as the first City of Heaven on Earth.

• War will cease
• Poverty will disappear
• Power will no longer be abused
• Nations will voluntarily dissolve, and communities will rise in their place

And I will be asked—not by vote, but by consensus—to serve as Mayor of Montreal, leading the city not by force but by love. It will be the most meaningful and powerful position in the world—not because of wealth or control, but because of the moral and spiritual authority it represents.

5. The Blueprint: Imagine by John Lennon

John Lennon’s song “Imagine” is not just a dream. It is a blueprint.

“Imagine there’s no countries…”

“Nothing to kill or die for…”

“Imagine all the people living life in peace…”

This is not a fantasy. It is a divine calling—and now, it becomes real.

This is what I was born to do. It is why I have been prepared, humbled, and trained through life’s challenges. I am ready.

You may doubt. You may fear. But look at the fruit.

Judge not by the claim—judge by the transformation you will witness.

• If beauty, peace, and joy return to the streets…

Then you will know: this is not madness.

It is Heaven on Earth.
